This is the Minim Housecurrently located at Boneyard Studios in Washington, DC.  It was designed by Brian Levy and will be the model that campers will build this summer at Key School as part of the inaugural Lab project focused on sustainability living and shelter.  Did you know that the average new home size in America has more than doubled in the last 35 years? Due to increased demands on natural resources and ever-growing individual debt, a movement has begun to take shape that encourages a deeper understanding of living choices and tends toward a realignment of priorities, valuing quality over quantity, community over separation, and time over material assets.
